Welding Transformers

• The basic construction of transformer is 100 per cent copper wound with CRGO lamination and H class insulation. 
• The life of the copper is 3 to 4 times more than aluminium, and also it withstands higher temperature than aluminium.
• CRGO lamination is preferred because of its high efficiency, i.e., it consumes less power compared to CRNGO or black sheet lamination. 
• The ‘H’ class insulation is preferred because its temperature withstanding capacity is more, i.e., up to 180° to 210°C than compared to ‘F’ class or ‘B’ class insulation.
• The range of products includes: thyristorised, CC/CV, MMA/TIG/MIG, MAG, SAW welding, TIG 320 AC-DC column and boom, welding rotators, positioners, diesel driven welding sets, and plasma/flame/pipe cutting machines, etc. 
• These products’ features include 3-phase step-less and soundless, 80/100 OCV moving coil type; oil cool smooth operation; very low cost; energy saver, volt/amps meter with CT coil; longer lasting, minimum current adjustment up to 5 A can be provided; trouble free, remote on/off system
• Specially suited for heavy duty; as per IPSS coated rutile electrodes, extra length of weld per electrode; starting search current; high open circuit voltage; ideally suited for smooth and aluminium TIG welding.
