- A venturi is an integral component of some pulse-let collectors; its primary function is to serve as a component of the pulsing system that pulls in ambient air to augment the volume of the compressed air pulse
- The venturi directs the blast of compressed air into the center of the filter bag to reduce abrasion caused by misaligned blowpipes and turbulent air flow
- If venturi becomes damaged or worn, compressed air doesn't gain the velocity and volume required to effectively clean the filter bags and can lead to abrasion failures
- C & R specialises is system upgrades with several materials available; supplied for many bag houses styles
- Felt and rubber gaskets are available for proper fit between the venture and the tube sheet.
