- Brass inserts have two bands of opposite herringbone knurl and a pilot end for easy insertion.
- They are installed by ultrasonic vibration or heat transfer.
- In comparison to the conventional inserts, during moulding process, they remain firm and strong and are post moulded inserts with advantages like clean, reusable permanent threads. They leave no damage to expensive moulding dies and doesnot distorts inserts while installation. It can sustain high torque loads and is able to withstand vibration without loosening. It ensures high productivity, eliminating any rejection caused due to easy and quick post moulding installation.
