Hitech Ultraviolet Private Limited offers a range of Teflon based UV Systems, where water flows through Teflon tubes and lamps are placed beside the Teflon tubes. Advanced Teflon tubing is excellent, rugged transmitter of UV light. Teflon has distinctive characteristics such as non-wetting, non-fouling, high temperature/high pressure resistance, retention of natural minerals of water, etc. As Teflon tubes are self- maintaining, frequent cleaning of lamps and tubes is not required – and no need for expensive mechanical wiping system and heavy inventory of spares. Due to reliable output and unique design there is no need of constant technical help. The flow rate mentioned against each unit could be enhanced by 20% if the feed water is clear and/or treated by RO/DM.
