  • Muratec’s work horse MW120 Series has evolved to a higher level. This Advanced MW120EX twin spindle chucker boasts of high precision turning and high-speed gantry, which is light weight and offers high rigidity by material design.
  • Extremely good for interrupted cutting conditions due to Box Guideways in X axis and offers good surface finish. Suitable for hard part turning applications.CFRP Loader is offered as option.
  • Some of the very suitable applications are Automotive – Inner Race, Differential Pinion & Gear, Soft and Hard Turning, CVJ Inner Race, AC Compressor Parts, Rotor Vane, Transmission and Engine Components.
  • This machine comes with a 6” or 8” chuck capacity, and with 8 station turret as Standard. 12 station Turret and Twin Gantry are optional.
  • Spindle motors power up to 7.5kw is standard, and optionally 11kw is available. The spindle bearing accuracies are further enhanced to better roundness, extremely good surface finish and better tool life.
