Krishna Engineers offers tumblast shot blasting machine available in three sizes. Recommended for blast cleaning/shot peening of small to medium size components in batched quantity.
- The operation of machine is simple and automatic; machine can be made to the size of customer requirements up to 28 cubic feet capacity
- The machine will have one motorised tumbler made from endless belt in the blast chamber; the blasting chamber principally will have an endless belt that is constructed in such a way that it will form a cupped shaped tumble
- The cupped shaped will be provided to the endless belt by passing it on the drum disc of 500mm diameter and the support rollers; the fragile jobs can be tumbled without damage.
- Belt will have chevron cleats which will provide uniform tumbling and prevent the components to stuck into the side liners of cabinet; in operation the endless belt will move in a direction away from the inlet
- By this action the work pieces will tend to climb with the belt and tumble forward, constantly exposing each part in turn; the endless belt will be perforated to allow the fired abrasive to pass through it for recycling
- Complete cabinet will be MN lined; compact design; high durability; smooth working
