  • Every hardy precision spindle is built with high rigidity and quality housing material which is process by boring and honing. All spindles are made of alloy steel with the process of heat-treatment and assembled with NSK or SKF bearings for high performance and long life usage.
  • The accuracy of the spindle is strictly under 0.003mm, this unit allows it to perform all types of machining applications such as drilling, peck drilling, threading, tapping, chamfering, reaming and countersinking. This is one of the best implementation machine tools for automation.
  • Standard 3-phase AC motor 0.75kW is included, optional motor up to 1.5kW. Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporated with a timing, V or Poly-V belt. Feed rate is programmable and driven by a preferable servo motor. Feeding is driven by HIWIN or PMI Grade C5 ball screw.
  • Spindle tappers ER25, JT6 and HSK40 are available. Available for servo driven at variable speeds. OMRON proximity switch sensors and stand are furnished.
