JRE Private Limited offers a range of hose assemblies which are specifically designed for use in roof drain systems for storage tanks with floating type roofs. The hose assemblies are supplied fitted with internal ballast weights and are designed to achieve neutral buoyancy in the liquid as the level of the roof changes. Clamping fixtures and support chains are supplied as part of the complete assembly which is shipped ready for installation.  CavMac offers alternative options for use with hydrocarbons with up to 50% aromatics and for liquids with up to 100% aromatics. The hose assemblies are also available with alternative end fixings such as built in or swaged type to suit customer preference. 

Roof Drain Hose Systems: 50% Aromatics - Nitrile Cover CavMac offers a range of hose assemblies for drainage of rainwater from floating roof storage tanks containing hydrocarbons with aromatics contents up to 50%. The outer cover of the hose which is in contact with the fluid is manufactured using a blend of NBR rubber which has been developed to resist chemical attack and to resist mechanical damage caused by movement during operation or by handling during installation. 

The hose assemblies are pre fitted with a lead ballast weight in the bore of the hose which is designed to create neutral buoyancy. End connections can be built in (vulcanized) or swaged depending on customer specification. Hoses assemblies are available with internal diameter up to 6" and lengths up to 51m. 

Each assembly is supplied complete with a support chain, clamps and shackles. Roof Drain Hose Systems: 100% Aromatics - Viton Cover avMac offers a range of hose assemblies for drainage of rainwater from floating roof storage tanks containing hydrocarbons with aromatics contents up to 100%. The outer cover of the hose which is in contact with the fluid is manufactured using a blend of VITON fluoroelastomer which has been developed to resist chemical attack and to resist mechanical damage caused by movement during operation or by handling during installation.
