Ribbon Blender

• Products including pharmaceuticals, foods, chemicals, fertilizers, plastics, pigments, and cosmetics are manufactured in our ribbon blenders and mixers.
• Ribbon blender is suitable for handling large dry and wet powder volume; it consists of a horizontal 'U' tough with horizontally installed mixing shaft, specially designed to mix all the liquid and solid raw materials for complete mixing.
• Discharge of material is through pneumatically operated bottom flap; batch charging automation is achieved by mounting the blender on a load cell platform connected to all individual raw material feeders to control feed rate
• Specially designed air spray nozzles are provided at the top to achieve uniform spraying of liquid raw materials.
• Provision for measuring of product temperature can be provided if required; beaching mounting on-outside of mixing container to avoid contamination; dust-proof model; teflon braided packing; single speed drive
