THESI 310/320 is a compact, state-of-the-art, micro controller based, single/two axes positioning system. The system is simple to use, which can be operated manually, or in semi automatic mode through keyboard or automatically through pre-programs stored in memory. Twenty different programs can be stored with twenty steps each, which can be further repeated 99 times. The system has opto-isolated inputs for Start, Stop, Increase Cycle, and Deviation Preset. The position controller has potential free contacts of OK Position, Control Interlock, Feed/Back and Slow/Fast. The controller can be interfaced to existing drives through digital outputs (relay outputs) or analog output of ±10 V DC. The system accepts feed back signals of TTL square wave with quadrature shift. The operating mains input AC supply from 90 to 250 V. The display for communication is 7-segment display .The system can be programmed from 1 micron resolution to 200 micron based upon the requirement. THESI 310/320 is low cost controller useful for press brakes, shearing machines, drilling, milling, boring and spot welding machines. Also the system can be retrofitted to replace old outdated controllers of machines such as jig boring, co-ordinate tables, Skoda boring machines, Orlicon boring machine, and number of other good old machines where machine is in good condition, however the utility of the machine has been reduced, due to non functioning of the controller due to non availability of either the spares or service.
