- Atom-D is part dryer. This can be used for drying a part after machining or washing. This will avoid pneumatic air blast to dry the part.
- Its size: width-700mm, depth-400mm, height-1200mm; weight:70 kgs; Electrical: single phase, 230V 50 Hz, 2 KW during drying.
- Drying action: drying action is cause by vacuum suction at the bottom and air blowing form the top. The whole system is toavoid an debris to fly out.
- Coolant collection: Coolant or media cleaned out from the part is collected in the tank which can be drained out. There is a auto cut off when coolant tank gets filled up.
- Cycle time: cycle time is settable from 0 to 999 seconds.
