Indo Nihon Technologies offers Nikken Spindle Speeders. Nikken’s range of high performance speeders allow the output and productivity from your standard machine tool spindles to be increased substantially. Available in two main ranges; Standard (10,000 to 20,000rpm) and High Speed (30,000 to 40,000rpm) they have an option to meet most requirements. Range: NX4 & NX5 Models: High Speed 10,000 up to 20,000rpm, Increases input speed by either 4 or 5 times, Mirror finish internal gears (Nikken fluid dynamic process), High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing. PX6 & PX10 Models: Increased Speed 30,000 up to 40,000rpm, Increases input speed by either 6 or 10 times, Internal ratio provides lower machine spindle load, High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing. Nikken are also able to provide a special spindle speeder with 90 degree angular output. This unit provides a maximum output speed of 18,000rpm.
