Cenlub Industries offers a Hand Pump, H-500-4. It is available with reservoir and ideally suitable for machines and machine tools. It is categorized under single-shot centralised lubrication system. This is an efficient and safe method for a predetermined amount of oil to be delivered at various lubrication points of a machine or equipment from a centralised source. It is a total loss system and does not require any return line for collection of used oil. This pump has its own reservoir made of SS material. It is piston type, where a cam, integral with the handle of the pump, which actuates piston. As the pulling force on the handle is released, piston returns back by spring force and the pressure in the lubrication line are reduced to 1 kg/cm². There is an in-built check valve and pressure reducing system incorporated in the pump. The pump is equipped with relief valve, which safeguards it from overloading. Suitable holes are provided for vertical mounting of the pump. The pump outlet is suitable for 6 mm diameter tube. Specifications: pressure is up to 15 kg/cm2; discharge is 4 cc per stroke; reservoir capacity is 500 cc; stainless steel reservoir is suitable for oil with viscosity 32 to 320 cSt/40°C and best suited for medium size machines.
