Powertech Pollution Controls Pvt Ltd offers Fume Extractors marketed under the Fume Killerâ„¢ brand. These are available in a wide range of suction capacities starting from 250 m3 per hour to 8000 m3 per hour (CMH) as standard. These work on the principle of electrostatic filtration and can control fumes, smoke and microscopic dust. One large capacity equipment may be used for multiple machines for the capture and control of fumes, dust and smoke. This product is extensively used for removal of fumes, mist, smoke, fine powder, etc, from specific generating sources such as: CNC and non-CNC machines; electro-discharge machines; induction hardening; TIG/ MIG welding; soldering; dip tinning; diesel genset exhaust; furnace exhaust; spark erosion machines; die-casting fumes, etc. Powertech Pollution Controls Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1996, and is engaged in design and manufacturing of a wide range of fume extractors, fume extractor arms, dust filtration systems, dust killers and electrostatic filter modules, etc., for the capture and control of most types of fumes, mist, smoke and fine dust, generated on the shop floor, during the production process.
