Swati Pulley Co Pvt Ltd has developed a product for packaging machines, Accuwrap 150, that enables both eye-mark correction and pouch length setting in one compact unit.

- The Accuwrap is to be mechanically connected to the paper pulling rollers of a packaging machine and electrically connected to EyeCon, logic controller.Â
- The pouch length adjustment can be either be done manually or remotely via an electric motor. Â
- The logic controller, EyeCon, gets input from a contrast sensor and a proximity sensor. The EyeCon continuously compares the timing of these inputs and accordingly commands the Accuwrap to either retard or accelerate the speed of the paper pulling rollers. Thereby enabling cutting of the pouch exactly on the eye-mark both at low as well as high speeds.
