The regulators has proportion of time on to off can be varied regulating the average power input and assuring a smooth output of heat. These regulators also known as simmer stats have snap action switch which opens and closes the load circuit at precise time intervals. These are used OTG, drying cabinets, wash boilers, boiling rings, hot plates, grills, boilers, oil baths, and popcorn machines.
