  • Modified drop out section to operate the system continuously with high efficiency at low dust load on filter bag 
  • Cylindrical filter bag / cartridge filter with wire cage assembled from plenum, chamber for easy servicing and maintenance 
  • Can be provided with motorized, manual, pulse jet or reverse jet type bag cleaning arrangement 
  • Sequence control timer of suitable range 
  • Filter bag media and cages as per type, nature and conditions of air material to be separated and passed through
  • Dust laden air enters the unit at high conveying velocity 
  • The air is directed to the drop out section provided to reduce dust load on filter media 
  • Typical baffle plate reduced the velocity of coarser particle and allows fall down in collecting hopper 
  • This arrangement reduces about 80 % of dust load on filter media 
  • Air born fine particles are deposited on outer surface of filter media 
  • Clean air is exhausted to atmosphere through top plenum chamber
