Decarb Annealing and Bluing Furnaces like: Special process for decarburizing of laminations, This process is used for better magnetic properties, 3 process steps - decarburizing,grain growth and steam bluing, Decarb Process is done in Hydrogen atmosphere, Carbon reduction from 0.12% to 0.003%, Grain size increase from ASTM 7 to ASTM 2, Steam Bluing using super heated steam, Sizes ranging from 300mm dia x 600mm ht to 2000mm dia x   3000mm ht, Retorts made up of Stainless Steel AISI 310 Grade, Programmable Process Control for the entire cycle, Rate of heating & cooling is controlled by thyrister, Dew point controller for better process efficiency.
