Amey Engineers offers continuous chip wringers.
- This wet chips are continuously fed in the chip wringer with use of a screw/belt/bucket conveyor
- The machine is smartly designed in such a way that the time for which chips are held in the machine is just enough to separate out the oil to the 80-90% dryness
- At output side a trolley is kept to collect the dry chips or these are transported to the desired area through conveyors; the offered systems directly loads the chips in to a waiting truck
- Because of the minimal servicing requirement and nearly none mandatory periodic expenses the cutting oil reclaimers recover their cost within 2 years.
