- Digital Car Position Indicator shows car position on all the floors of building.
- UP/DN Indicator shown the direction in which elevator move
- Voltage Protection – Upper and lower limit can be defined in every phase (220V) instead of consolidated 3 phase (440 V). this means maximum safety.
- Over & Under Load protection can be defined by ampere setting in individual phases for dot accuracy.
- Phase Preventer saves electrical parts when the single or two phase is out of supply.
- Phase Sequence Corrector automatically corrects the phase polarity when phases in the supply get changes.
- MFFS Stands for magnet floor and final (upper & lower limit) sensing. Replacement of limit switch (old and traditional technology). Though it senses without physical contact, life of the sensor is much more than the limit switch. Also accuracy of the same is unmatched.
- Buffer is provided in the pit to cure the cabin / material inside the cabin from the damage. It gives spring action to the free fall cabin. Selection of the buffer depends upon the cabin size, capacity, speed, travelling height of the elevator.
- Doors would be manual (collapsible) or Automatic.
- Maximum opening after the bunch in case of collapsible.
- Emergency Stop is provided in LOP to stop the cabin in case of any emergency or in case wrong command executed.
