MTEK Shot Blasting Equipments offers a range of Portable Blasting Machines. Model MT-POT-150 is small abrasive portable blaster. This is required for repairing and maintenance purpose. In this system abrasive storage capacity is up to 42 ltr. This model uses 5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and blasting hose of 19 mm. The cleaning rate of this model is approx 3-4 sq.mtr. Model MT-POT-300 is a medium capacity model with the abrasive storage capacity of 85 ltr (3 CFT). This model is used for fabricated parts, casting, stones, glass, etc. In this model 6 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and blasting hose of 19 mm with the length of 5 mtr are used. Cleaning rate of this model is approx 3-4 sq.mtr. Model MT-POT-500: this is maximum use model with the abrasive storage capacity of 142 ltr (5 CFT). This model uses 8 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and blasting hose of 25 mm with the length of 7.5 mtr. Cleaning rate is approx 11-15 sq.mtr. Model MT-POT-1000 is a high capacity model with the abrasive storage capacity of 284 ltr (10 CFT). This machine is used for higher output jobs like vessels, structures, pipes, etc. 10 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and blasting hose of 32 mm are used with the length of 10 mtr. Cleaning rate is approx 15-19 sq.mtr.
