- This friction feeding system with bottom feed first technology. Carton dispenser machine speed is snchronized & can be controlled by a variable AC speed drive. Â
- This friction feeder stack of product is placed in the magazine provided with adjustable guide. This feeding area have individual friction belt with vacuum to avoid jamming of product due to product stack
- Product is friction fed by multiple friction creating rollers with oring or ratchet belts, in case of product being thin we provide separate motor drive to reverse pull & feed technology- useful in case of thin PP bags & labels, so have various customization to suit different product after feeding conveyor carry forward the product for further processing like inkjet printing or counting or label applicator etc.
