- Muratec BB series AC Servo Press Brake realizes high productivity and high precision due to AC Servo Motor Technology.
- RAM Shaft drive enables high speed operation of 100 mm/sec and a stable repeat-stop accuracy, by adopting a ball screw drive mechanism by AC Servo motor and ball screw drive. This drive mechanism is superior in environmental performance, as it is oil less and low noise due to a reduction gear. The consistent repeat stop accuracy (repeatability) makes BB Series machines highly accurate.
- The machine comes in 3 different models: BB4013, BB6013 and BB6020. Machine comes with: easy-to-see and easy to operate due to the large size of the operation panel (22” wide display); New UI, enhanced operator support function: It is equipped with the newly developed MOS (Muratec Operating System), which has a completely redesigned UI (user interface). The operator support function has been enhanced, including an announcement and an indicator to notify the machine status; Cycle time reduction: RAM’s operations response has been improved with the newly developed Advanced Ram Acceleration Control (ARAC) technology.
- 6-axes machine with 2 Ram Axis and 4-axes back gauge ; bending speed of 0.2 to 20mm / second.
