- These are sophisticated winding air shafts for slitter re-winder machines, used as duplex shaft winder (center winding type).Â
- Reel holding is possible at any position across and takes no-time lost in re-positioning cores. It can run at very high speed and is capable of speed variation due to gauge variation with multi cores.
- Some key characteristics of the product are those of load: 2.5 tons max; suitable for core I D: dia 4, 6, 8 inches. Length can be availed as per the requirement. Speed up to 1,000 meters/min; minimum 20 mm core; suitable for core materials: steel, thermoplastics, paper.
