The 3 Axis Servo Driven Robot, W711-3 is a perfect robot for smaller moulding machines up to 150 tons locking force and designed with a fixed kick stroke beam. The rugged, specially reinforced aluminium extrusion is directly attached to the main carriage and no parts sticking out towards the injection unit. Even on small moulding machines there is no collision with the hopper. The rugged lightweight vertical arm is guided by high capacity linear bearings to allow fast movements with minimum vibrations. This is used for precise insert and removal jobs. The optimum robot provides flexible automation for actual and future requirements on smaller moulding machines. High performance robots features servomotor drives for all the three main axes. Minimum removal times of the moulded part are essential for the highest productivity of the automation cell.
