  • Plasma coating on various critical parts of printing machines provides longer life and uninterrupted working of the machine
  • This is a method of applying materials on to a prepared base material by heating particles in the stream of a heat source, creating a semi-molten state; particles are then propelled by high velocity onto a prepared substance where they adhere to the base surface via a mechanical bond; various gases are used in this process that are ignited by an electric arc
  • Temperature can rise more than 25000°F while the part temperature remains at low value; spray material may be stainless steel or tungsten carbide depending upon the requirement; thickness can be built up to 0.5 mm; no degrading of part metallurgy; no degrading of part due to heat warping or distortion; and surfaces are enhanced to provide improved performance.
