Slag Crusher Plant

Bhupindra Industrial Corporation has introduced the first ever-successful slag crusher plant, in used by reputed steel plants in India. This crusher plant is widely used for crushing, especially slag, stone, refractories, coal and many other products, and helps in the recovery of metal having commercial value, thus earning healthy profits from waste product. The slag from steel plant furnace contains 10 to 20% pure metal but is discharged in the form of slag or waste product due to improper operation. But with this crusher, the slag from steel plants is no more a waste product, and instead recovers the metal in a simple and efficient manner. Features: fully fabricated by 12 mm to 25 mm MS or tank plate; heavy duty beaters used for free flow of material and absorption of huge strokes; labour required 4 to 6 men for complete plant; area required 50 square yards for complete plant; strong and rugged construction; magnets used are everlasting and need no maintenance; automatic separation of iron impurities; tank plate used inside the jaw crusher and roller crushed for long life; and three adjustable weights to increase or decrease the size of product.
