Single Toggle Jaw Crusher

These are developed for crushing of minerals and rubbles. The design consist of grease lubricated roller bearings and two flywheels. One of the flywheels is grooved for V-belt drive and the other acts as a weight. The hydraulic jaw adjustment via operated pump, with overload protection system and fitted with reversible manganese jaw plates and side cheek liners. Effective crusher’s motion maximizes production and reduces usage for secondary crushing. High output rates and lower operational costs are its major applications.
