Online granulator

This is a revolutionary concept in recycling engineering plastics like PC, PA, nylon, ABS, Delrin and very soft materials like polyurethane, sentoprene, rubber, etc. Manufactured by one of India"s finest plastics auxiliary equipments making company, the Goliath granulator works on very slow speed, 25 RPM. This results in very high torque, low power consumption, low dust, and low noise. The specialised hardened cutters break up and pelletise the sprues. Each roller tooth produces a pellet - exactly like new granule. A built-up hopper and funnel assembly with integral rotary suction box can be connected to hopper loader system to make close loop cycle. The chamber unit is hinged construction for efficient rapid cleaning and fast material change. All cutting chamber components are made of specially treated hardwearing steel for long durability. An anti blocking system control with artificial intelligence automatically stops the granulator, and rotates it in reverse to clear the sprues in case of jamming. Alternatively the system can be programmed to shut down or to function at periodic intervals. The granulator is equipped with ultra modern sensors, alarm system, detectors, etc. Combining two granulators of the same capacity can double the cutting chamber capacity. Two counter rotating geared motors offering high production volumes drives the resulting machine.
