Jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is designed to crush hard material at higher speed with minimum of power and maintenance. Wide entry throat ensures easy feeding to crushing chamber. The crusher is designed on advance principle of crushing without rubbing with high impact pressure, combined with careful selection of material and workmanship of finest quality. The body is made of heavy steel plates welded construction, of strong box beam design. Fixed jaw and moving jaw plates are made of manganese steel casting. A wide range of plates with different configurations is available and can be fitted quickly. Plates are fully machined to give positive location and are retained by wedge profile keeper plates. For accidental overloads, crusher is equipped with a spring loaded safety device which disconnects the flywheel from main shaft if material of excessive crushing strength enters the crushing chamber. The device is easily adjustable after the chamber is cleared.
