Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators specialises in the design, manufacture, supply and commissioning of service processing plants and equipments for crushing, screening, general materials handling industries. Single toggle jaw crushers are designed for heavy duty and continuous crushing applications. These jaw crushers have been developed in the design objectives of the new generation single toggle jaw crusher to create the best possible geometry in crushing without rubbing. They feature small eccentricity and an up thrust toggle plate action. This design principle offers special benefits: maximise liner life; long effective crushing stroke even at the top of the feed opening; accept bigger lump sizes due to small eccentricity; and fully fabricated heavy-duty single side plate design. All models are fully stress relieved after fabrication and machining. A computer designed field tested open back fabricated rib design on the pitman casting increases portability while maintaining structural integrity. The eccentric shaft is machined from heat treated chrome molybdenum steel to withstand enormous hard rock crushing loads Also shafts are ground finished to achieve a perfect bearing fit. Optimum shaft stroke is provided for maximum crushing pressure and high volume production. Precise toggle plate angle and placement optimises crushing action throughout the full range of closed side settings. Both fixed and swing jaw liners can be reversed for extended service life. Locking arrangement is made in a way that it offers easy replacement with reduced maintenance cost. Cheek Plates are provided to protect the main frame, individually designed and balanced for each crusher size. Hydraulic adjustment is a standard feature for jaw crushers of 36" x 24" and higher sizes.
