Satnam Engineering & Molding Works offers a wide range of Jaw Crushers/Stone Coal Crushers from 12" x 7" to 48" x 36" in double toggle/single toggle type. The main principal of jaw crusher is minimum power consumption and maximum production and minimum dust production, precise crushing geometry. Inter changeable parts, high lubrication system plus one more extra oil pump attachment to ensure damage prevention, are the highlights. The body is manufactured from tested steel plates, featuring tremendously strong box beam design. The complete body is heat treated. The fixed and moving jaw plates are of high manganese steel coating and suitable for easy setting and less rubbing. Wide range of plates with corrugation is available and can be fitted easily. Plates are fully machined to give proper fitness. An automatic continuous splash lubrication gear pump is connected inside of the chamber and an extra oil pump is provided outside of the crusher, which helps at the time of inside pump failure and saves the machine from heat and damage. The swing jaw is designed and fabricated with high compressive strength and is annealed and stress relieved by heat treatment process and then precision machined for smooth crushing stroke. Pitman is always in compression and it is designed so light compared to other Pitman with flat toggle increasing great leaver age coupled with low bearing pressure. Double toggles provide balance distribution of maximum load on centric shaft, lifter spring provides cushioning to the toggle, which compensates for wear and tear.
