Jai Chamunda Engg & Fabricators (JCEF) offers a range of Jaw Crushers (JCcrushers) manufactured with double fly wheels. Due to double flywheel, the crusher extracts 30% less power when started. It results in power savings to the user. The eccentric shaft is manufactured from alloy steel and mounted on roller bearings of ample capacity for smooth running. Swing jaw and fixed jaw are compiled with law plates manufactured from high manganese steel, which provides high wear resistance to swing laws which enhances life of the same. Jaws assembly have been designed for easy removal and fitment. A ‘Pitman’ means ‘connecting rod’, but in a jaw crusher it doesn't connect two things. The pitman refers to the moving jaw in a jaw crusher. It achieves the reciprocating movement through the eccentric motion of the flywheel shaft. This creates enormous force in each stroke. The pitman of a jaw crusher is manufactured from high quality steel plates. The pitman is fitted with two replaceable steel toggle bar. The jaw crusher is manufactured with double toggle type crushers. Double toggle provides balance distribution of maximum load on centric shall, lifter springs provide cushioning to the toggle which compensate for wear and tear.
