Impact Mill

The impact mill is a multipurpose grinding machine that works on the principle of grinding materials due to impact in-between swing hammers and fixed serrated plates. The material enters the impact mill through feeding tray to grinding chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried away with air pressure through the blower to the cyclone separator, where product can be collected. The impact mill is of robust construction, fabricated with heavy steel plates to withstand grinding forces and vibrations. The parts prone to wear are made of or coated with special grade steels. Applications: suitable for powdering turmeric, spices, pulses, cereals, sugar, foods, seeds, plant materials, henna, fibrous materials, saw dust, coconut shell, coal, minerals, ochres, CMC, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, etc. Capacity: different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements.
