Hammer Mill

The hammer mill, featuring rugged and robust construction, works on the principle of coarse crushing/breaking of materials in-between serrated plates and heavy hammers. The breaker will either have space in-between the serrations or perforated sheet at the bottom of grinding chamber, which allows the material to pass after grinding. The output size of the crushed material can be controlled by altering gap between serrations or change of perforated sheet. Applications: suitable for coarse crushing of plant materials, wood, herbs, turmeric, seeds, de-oiled cakes, poultry and animal feed, coconut shells, minerals, ochres, chemicals, animal bones, miscellaneous lumpy materials and municipal waste/garbage. Capacity: different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements, e.g: poultry feed –500 to 5000 kg/hr. Model: AM-HM 15 to 150 (capacity varies from product to product).
