Ace Instruments & Services offers Airjet, Mill Series. These are used to reduce particle dimensions of any kind of material. Applications: chemicals and pharmaceuticals; cosmetic and pigments; nutraceuticals; ceramic and minerals; metal oxides; and resins. Features: industrial or GMP pharmaceutical configuration; easy operation and fully dismountable equipment; yield > 99.8% (depending on batch size); mirror polished surfaces; extremely reduced gas consumption; and gas pressure from 3 to 12 bar. Option: PLC/partial or complete automation with PLC controls; in-line PSD analyser; clean in place (CIP); ceramic liners; counter pulse jets or filtering sock type cyclone filter; loss-in-weight feeder; ATEX or explosion-proof equipment; and cryo-box for micronisation down to -130ºC.
