Advance Ring Granulators

Advance Dynamics manufactures a wide range of material handling equipment. The company offers ADR Series of Ring Granulators. These come with positive type rolling action to produce perfect granulated product with less percentage of fines as obtained by hammer mills. These machines are equipped with a high-speed rotor balanced to run free of vibration mounted on forged alloy steel shaft. Manganese steel plain to toothed rings is positioned in tandem on suspension bars for smooth and positive rolling action. The bearings, which are of large dimensions, are fitted with either bushes of bronze or roller bearings. Features include robust construction, manganese steel liner, heavy-duty bearings, quick-open inspection door, etc. These are available in four sizes, with different rotor diameter.
