- The material is broken first by impact between hammer and material and then by a scrubbing action (attrition) of material against breaker plate
- This crusher is available with adjustable cages; the tighter the clearance between breaker plate and hammer, the smaller will be the particle size of the crushed product; used for hard coal, lignite, limestone, gypsum and other soft and medium hard material
- Masyc non reversible hammer crusher have welded casing, screwed lining with high carbon steel plates and hammer path (one way) with wear resistant breaker plate which is mechanically adjustable; dust proof spherical roller bearing are provided alongwith tramp iron deflector and tramp iron tray.
