VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACTOR CRUSHERS

Akashganga Constructional Machines offers Vertical Shaft Impactor Crushers. It has a capacity of 30 tonnes per hour, with a feed size up to 40 mm. Generally the grit below 6 mm size for rotopactor is not available in ample quantity. To supply grit below 6 mm, about 20 tonnes per hour this machine is most useful. It produces about 10 tonnes of metal of 20 mm size and 20 tonnes grit. 20 mm metal is also having good demand, so there is no wastage or unnecessary of slow moving metal (12 mm, etc). From the stone crusher one can have setting of 40 mm, so good production can be made from 16 x 10 crusher or bigger size. This 40 mm is recrushed in the VSI crusher and reduced to 20 mm metal and grit to be fed in rotopactor for converting in to sand. The other products offered are artificial sand making machines.
