Trapezoidal Roof/Wall Cladding System

Tiger Steel Enag, a subsidiary of Tiaer group, Sharjah, specialises in design, fabrication and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings. The company offers trapezoidial profile TR 35/200 with a cover width of 1,000 mm and thickress of 0.46 mm thick,manufactured out of polyester GI/plain bare galvalunme/galvalume AZ150. These sheets are supplied in long transportable lengths avoiding longitudinal laps, thereby saving, in material usage and simultaneously ensuring leak-proof roof as there will be no longitudinal laps. The sheets will be fixed to the purlins by specially designed selftapping screws. All side laps will be stitched with aluminium rivets, with inseal tape and sealed with sealants to give a superior leak-proof roof.
