AFTEC manufactures concrete boundary wall forming systems and multi-use form liners for the production of boundary wall sections, designed specifically to ensure safe, efficient and easy installation. AFTEC’s patented combo-cast boundary wall panel design technology integrates the column and fence panel into a single monolithic unit, each forming system produces six Combo-Cast column and panel wall sections per casting, equivalent to 27 lineal metres. Interchangeable textured form liners allow for multiple texture designs and heights to be produced within the same forming system, forming systems may be set up in a central casting yard or onsite for large scale projects, the entire wall section manufacturing process may be accomplished in 4 hours plus cure time, provides a superior product without the high cost of skilled labour.
