Citadel Architectural Solutions offers Openable Roofs. This has an adjustable steel-louvered roof and screen system, complete with steel frame and rain water pipes. This wonder roof has built-in air pockets by the way of its unique double skinned construction providing thermal insulation. By adjusting the angle of the louvers one can control the air and light coming in. When completely closed, not only does it keep the sun out but also keeps the area protected from heavy rains. If used as window screen it assists in reducing heating and cooling costs by shielding the windows previously exposed to strong sunlight.
