Hydrostatic sensor paver - S-HD-450

Ahmedabad-based Solidmec Equipments Ltd manufactures hydrostatic sensor paver - S-HD-450 with a working speed of 50 m/min. The maximum production is 170 t/h and mat thickness is 8-200 mm.Capacity of diesel fuel and hydraulic fuel tanks are 70 and 195 ltrs, respectively. This material handling equipment is easy to operate and transport. It is provided with oil cooling system that helps in increasing the life of hydraulic parts. Over heating is avoided by bottom insulation of hydrostatic system. The equipment is provided with (S/4) Simpson/ Kirloskar diesel engine with 4 cylinders. The output at 2300 rpm is 53 HP and electric starting is 24 V. Air/water is used as coolant. The transmission is hydrostatic and the size of single directional wheel is 560 mm x 175 mm. Total weight is 9200 kg with hopper capacity 6 tonne.
