Ramasu Hydraulics offers hydraulic concrete block making machine, Model RHCB-0197. This is a portable egg-laying type machine with compact dimensions of 1730 x 1560 x 2640 mm. The moulding area is 882 x 406 mm and the weight is 100 kg. It operates on AC 3-phase 440 V supply. The unit has a hydraulic power pack of 1.5 kW, 1440 RPM, drivem by a driving motor. Salient features: no tamping required hence operation time is reduced; proper compaction achieved trough simultaneous pressure and vibration technique; strategically located stoppers ensure uniform height of blocks within tolerances; two vibrators facing each other ensure uniform vibrations throughout moulding area; precision mild steel fabrication with adequate surface protection is provided; sliding parts and guiding shafts are ground and precision machined; anti-rust coatings and contaminant (oil, grease, diesel) resistant enamel enhances the aesthetics and life of the machine. The machine is available in satellite blue-grey colour. A leaner concrete mix is used in this machine to achieve the desired strength.
