Cement/Fly Ash Feeding System

Acme Air Equipments Company Pvt.Ltd. offers 5 different variations/models to help achieve set target in cost and time. Generally each model consists of two in-built options: (i) conveying directly from a bulker (which has an integrated piping) to the main silo. This is achieved by pressurizing and aerating the bulker and (ii) The cement/fly ash received in bags is dumped in hopper and pumped through screw/RAV to a mixing zone, where the material is fluidized and conveyed to the main silo. The conveying rate from 6 tonnes/hr to 25 tonnes/hr is achieved through this range. The system is a compact package with options of mounting on a towable trolley, which can be transported to different sites or suitable for firm foundation.
