Sant Engineering Industries offers Santrobust construction Caterpillar made of thick MS plates. The cable tension is controlled through pneumatic cable closing cylinders. The pressure regulation on e ach belt is independent and adjustable by manometer. The belts are driven by an AC/DC motor with drive and coupled to a gearbox unit with two gear ratios and one three-speed gearbox. The power transmission between the two belts, which is controlled by a gear belt, avoids any slippage. These caterpillars are equipped with a set of horizontal and vertical guide rollers at entry and exit. They are available in various sizes.
