Its turbo charger and intercooler make it highly fuel efficient, helping contractors keep costs low and meeting USA Tier III emission norms – the most demanding in the world. Customer support is central to this business model. The EarthMaster comes with a one year, unlimited hours warranty. An innovative intelligent communication system called REMOTECARE updates business owners or managers about the operating activity of their EarthMaster through SMS. Alerts about coolant temperature, diesel level, and other vital signs are delivered directly to the customers’ mobile phone.
