Pre-Engineered Buildings

PMG Structurals Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001-2000 company, offers Pre-Engineered Building structures based on PEB concept specially known for its structural strength, economical design and its compactness. These structures are basically manufactured at the factory with high tensile steel material according to the dimensions (length, width, height) marked for the sheds and buildings. The structural design of column, rafters and other accessories are based on international standards, which involves technical welding and qualitative production methods. The modular structures are fabricated at the factory for easy handling and assembling process done at customer’s site. Pre-engineered buildings are today about 20-30% lighter compared to conventional buildings. This is possible by sheer optimisation of design parameters and bconsequent efficient usage of steel. Normally, primary structure members are tapered build-up plat sections of high tensile strength with large depths in the area of highest stress allowing higher load bearing with minimum usage of steel. Secondary structure members are light gauge (light weight) sheet material, which is cold-formed into “Z” or “C” shaped members. The low-weight high tensile strength flexible frames offer higher resistance to seismic disturbances and do not cause normally the human and associated losses that normally occur with conventional structures using concrete columns. The company also provides: Steel Structures and general fabrication services; ‘C’ & ‘Z’ purlins and hat sections, cold roll formed sections as per customers’ choice; GI colour coated and galvalume colour coated; profiled sheets for roofing and side walls; mezzanine floors; turbo ventilators.
