Agro Industrial Machines offers a seed grader, Model ASSG.3S2T. This is suitable for cleaning and grading of various cereal seeds, pulses, oilseeds, vegetable seeds, forestry seeds, fodder crop seeds, etc. It is totally of steel construction. It has two independent air aspiration and three oscillating screens. It removes all lighter impurities like dust, dirt, stem fractions, immature and bevelled grains/seeds, and other undersize and oversize impurities. To achieve highest cleaning and grading efficiency, the machine has: dual screen arrangement, ie, the second screen can either be used as a grading screen or as a scalping screen; variable air control, feed control, and variable shoe shake; suitably inclined and interchangeable screens; and provided with a pair of travelling and adjustable screen brushes for checking the clogging of screen perforations. Screens are sturdily built of lightweight steel pipe frame and are free of burrs and curvatures.
