Plate Heat Exchangers

Ved Engineering manufactures a wide range of Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs) from plate sizes ranging from 1 inch to 12 inch dia. The company has a stock of more than 30,000 plates and gaskets of more than 50 models of all leading brands in India. It offers PHE designs in multiple plate models giving the customer the option to choose the most economical and efficient design.

It has standard PHE models for the following processes: for cooling hydraulic oil in power packs; for cooling process water (RF heaters); for hot water generation; for heating/cooling applications of milk/juice/ice cream mixes/cream/sugar syrups; for generator jacket water cooling; for cooling quench oils in quenching furnaces; and for cooling process water in wire drawing industries and many more.

Frame materials: IS2062 epoxy painted; IS2062 clad with SS304 sheet for sanitary application; and sheet metal pressed frame for low pressure application, duly powder coated. Gasket materials: NBR, NBT HT, HNBR, EPDM, EPDM HT, silicon and Viton. Construction material of plate heat exchangers plates: AISI 316, AISI 304, SMO 254, Titanium, SM0 254 and Hastelloy.
